Our partnership with Florence Municipality started three years ago. Since arianna was a prototype Florence Municipalities believed in it and its potentials. Econoetica developed two different guides for the Tourism Department (a general guide and a guide about Michelangelo) that are distributed on 3 different channels:

  • Bluetooth kiosk at the Tourist Information Office in Piazza Santa Maria Novella;
  • download module on the official website of the Municipality
  • SMS service allowing users to download the guide optimized for their device by sending an SMS "info turismo1" to the dedicated number: +39 339 99 41 138

Promo Bologna

Founded in 2004, PromoBologna is the agency dedicated to the economical promotion and local marketing of Bologna and province. It is a no-profit agency and aims to promote the local economical system and attract new investments. PromoBologna is the representative partner both for local business companies and national and international investors, both for institutions and other organizations. PromoBologna works on annual projects, as stated in the statute, approved by members.

Together with other partners Bologna Municipality, the University of Bologna and Foundation of Monte di Bologna and Ravenna participates to Bologna Smart project whose aim is distributing tourist information and news for citizens and students by using new technologies.

Bologna Smart is distributes on two different channels:

  • 6 Bluetooth kiosks located in strategical points (Airport, IAT, University, etc...)
  • download module on the dedicated website www.bolognasmart.com created for the guide.

Piombino Municipality (Li)

The Department of Innovation Technology and Tourism of Piombino Municipality found in arianna a great solution to renovate its look. 


Thanks to arianna Piombino the Municipality of Piombino provides information both for its citizens and tourists:

  • main city sightseeings with schedules

  • a map of the city center including the street map

  • summer events calendar

  • openings of pharmacies

  • address book with useful numbers

L'isola del viaggiatore

SardiniaGuide.it is a product by L'isola del viaggiatore Soc.Cop. created to increase the value the beauty of Cagliari, with the intention to promote all Sardinia in the near future. This tourist portal allows tourists and citizens to know more about the area, history, but also about services and shops of one of the most beautiful city in Italy.

Arianna Cagliari is distributed by Isola del Viaggiatore on:

  • the tourist information portal www.sardiniaguide.it
  • a Bluetooth kiosk in a very frequented street of the city center

Info Matera

The company Info Matera s.r.l. was founded in 2007 from a group of young scholars from Matera.

The fundamental project of the company is Arianna Matera, that was already in Florence, Naples, and Cagliari and in other cities. Thanks to special funds given by Basilicata region, they realized the project.

Research,innovation and technology applied to tourism, as well as the passion for their region, contributed to develop Matera as a significant tourist destination.

Arianna Matera is distributed by InfoMatera through:

  • 10 Bluetooth kiosks located in Matera
  • 50 Pdas that are rented to tourists in hotels

Canossa Castle

The museum “Naborre Campanini”, located on top of the rock of Canossa, has recently been renovated by the Department of the Cultural Heritage of the Provinces of Bologna, Modena and Reggio Emilia in collaboration with the Archaeological Society of Reggio

In 2009, entirely financed by ARCUS, the project related to the promotion of the area through guided visits, events and shows for a large audience, educational activities for schools, multimedia guides dedicated to the area, as well as a dedicated website.
